Fixed purpose contract and redundancy

Hi all,

Could you please tell me if someone on a fixed purpose contract with the required 2 years service is entitled to redundancy where the person was not replaced?

We require more details; do you mean the contract was exactly 2-years or in excess of 2-years, if so - how much by?

Were they employed as a contractor or via their own company?

Is there any relevant wording in the contract ?
