Fixed - Interest only

Hi, I'm considering upgrading from current house and will end up with quite a large mortgage. Ideally for the first 3 years I would do interest only at a fixed rate. At that stage I'll probably cash in an investment property to reduce the mortgage.

Can you tell me who would give me the best 3 year fixed interest only rate for a mortgage of > 750k? A lot of lenders seem to only want to do variable on interest only?

If a lender offers an interest only facility - IIB and BOS will as a matter of course and for loans over €500k so will First Active, PTSB, ICS and the EBS - their range of fixed, variable and tracker rates will be available.
