Fixed Exchange Rate for regular transfers euro->sterling

I'm currently being paid in south yet living in northern ireland so spending sterling. Is there anyway to fix the exchange rate for the regular transfers? Tried it with a company in UK but they were looking for 4k up front? Can our own banks do this - I'm with AIB at mo

you can do it with currency.ie
Id imagine you may have to pay some deposit so they have security but check yourself.
