In recently got stopped an fined for driver through an Amber light!!! I just agreed with the guard because i did not want to cause more hassle.
I received the fine in the post but the wrong name was on it and after i sent the fine to the guards, i received another letter from them saying that my name was not correct to the name the Guard took down at the scene of the "alleged" crime.
Do i still have to pay this fine if my details were taken down wrong??
please help!
