fix or tracker?

my mortage was fixed for the first 2 years with per.tsb. this term in now up and i dont know which is the better option, fix it again or go for the tracker variable they have quoted me. I have no idea when it comes to mortage matters and could do with some advice, please!

Any chance you could post the rates that they are offering you. It is very hard to comment when not knowing what they are.

They are not available to new business but some people have the option of a tracker built into a fixed rate they took out in the past.
