Fitting Punchbag Wall Bracket on to Wooden Shed Wall

Hi,

Looking to attach a bracket:



To a shed wall. (Standard Wooden Shed.)

Now, the bracket is meant to be fixed to a stone wall, but me, being me, bought it not realising and was wondering if there is a safe way to fit it so it would hold a 3ft punch bag.

Are you sure your shed wall will be strong enough to support this for start?

Don't think so. May have to attach it to the garden wall. Was looking at a free standing bracket in Argos. They only do home delivery and charge €29 for Dunshaughlin and €7.50 for Dublin. (Even though I'm 15 minutes from Blanch!)
