I'm considering renting a house here, just wondering does anyone have any experience of this area or this housing complex?

The house is one of the three storey ones which fronts onto the road and therefore is not within the gated community.

Any advice or comments about this particular area would be very helpful. Thanks very much.

I live there. In behind the gates. Nice place - been there about 4 years and no hassles. Would you be facing the river or facing the community centre? The ones that face the river occasionally have broken windows. Community centre side can be a bit difficult for parking unless you have a garage. Any specific q's just pm me
