Have been waiting over 2 months for first time home phone connection with eircom however still no joy. I have the number alright but no service inside house - phone line dead yet still being charged for line rental. Have 3 modules in houes. Eircom stating phone number is ok at exchange so therefore problem more than likely at demarcation point coming into house. Can't get engineer to come to house - raised various complaints with provider/even gone to comreg but no joy. Is there anything I can check on the outside of house. Have looked at protector block on outside. Cable coming out of my house is connecting to phone company's cable leaving house.
