Hi all, Ukrainian is there. A simple question, am I still eligible as First Time Buyer in case I have or ever had the mortgage back in Ukraine? If not, that are my options to get a relief of buying home in Ireland?

No, if you have owned a home anywhere, you are not a first time buyer

I'm open to be corrected but I thought it was if you were party to a mortgage anywhere you were no longer a first time buyer.

Ireland and Ukraine have a double tax treaty that allows for exchange of information on this kind of stuff.
