Hi all, my wife and I are trying to sort our mortgage application and noted that the applications ask for the area that you are thinking of buying in. How much of a factor is this when the bank is considering approval?
Our circumstances is that we are both currently working in Dublin, but hoping to move to Cork in the near-term. Cork is where we'll be hoping to buy in also. Is our approval less likely to go through if we're not buying close to where we are currently working?
