First Form B1 Return

I have my first annual return due to cro this month. Is it neccessary to file accounts with the first return or can I just file the form alone? Thanks!

Nope, just the B1 will do you. Register on CORE, via CRO website and you can submit it online. Makes it cheaper and faster.

Do I still need to file a directors report etc?

The first annual return is due 6 months after the date of incorporation and you only file the B1. No accounts, no directors report, nothing only the B1.
