First active card reader?

Hi
I have internet only accounts with firstactive. I set them up over a month ago.
I requested a card reader when I setup the accounts. You need the card reader to transfer money out of firstactive.
However I've never received a card reader. I've ordered one a few times on their website but never got one.

Has anyone had simiar problems ??

Call them, perhaps it got misplaced before posting, lost in the post etc.

I had to ring them, it was then sent out within a week.

At the time having to order a card reader was a pain - delayed my withdrawal. Ordered online and it arrived in a little less than 3 weeks. Works a treat too and I guess it's an added layer of security.
