First Active 7.15%

Hi -the first active rate of 7.15% for demand deposits seems almost too good to be true. Are there any downsides to it ? Seems straightforward enough from their website but it seems significantly higher than anything else on offer at the moment..

There was a big thread on First Active's online accounts recently.
