Firefox Mozilla: Problem with page layout

Hello, hope someone can help me as this problem is driving me bonkers!
I use Mozilla and recently after I have logged into a site such as Askaboutmoney the format of the page seems to have changed in that I do not any longer have the "back arrow buttons" on the page nor can I see the actual webpage I am logged into i.e. the "www.askaboutmoney.com" is not visible anywhere.
Maybe the kids did something to change the format but I would like to have the original set up back as it was much more user friendly.

Select "View" --> "Toolbars" --"Navigation Toolbar"

Should sort it out.
