I'm hoping to get a new black fireplace and rather than a total black fire insert I'm just wondering if theres anything with a little bit of colour. As I am putting in an inset stove to fireplace it will have to be suited to that shape.
 
I think you are asking if you can get an insert for a fireplace in colour???

If this is what you are asking the answer is yes.
You can get inserts with tiles(so put in whatever type of colour you want in tiles)

Or some inserts have polished effect ie silver
 
Most of what I have seen are black cast iron, some have silver alright but have'nt seen any of them in the shape I need.
 
It will have to have a straight finish across the top as there will be an inset stove going into the fireplace
