Hi, Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts/low down on the new McInerneys development, Fionn Laoi in Ballincollig. I know that the area has flooded somewhat in the past but the site is being built up two metres. Also they are timberframe semi's? Initially noise was a problem with timber frame semi's - is that still the case!
