Had a quick look on Google but could only come up with the Harvey Norman description. When one reads 'for people on a budget' and 'entry level' machine it doesn't instil confidence.
I would always run with Miele, Bosch or Siemens are IMHO they are very good brands. The Miele is sometimes double the price of cheaper makes but generally has a reputation for making up for the initial outlay.
I have a Siemens dishwasher and for the last few weeks a 'tap' symbol comes up on the screen when the wash cycle is on. The glasses come out chalky white and streaky. I have cleaned the filters at the back. Can anyone help?

Have you checked the manual? If you don't have the manual you may be able to download it from the Siemens website. You could give them a call to see if they can give give you any advice without a callout.
I have read the manual but under 'faults' the 'tap' symbol does not appear in the manual. I have contacted Siemens on the internet and yesterday they emailed me looking for my telephone number, I am now waiting for them to ring me. Thanks. By the way it is €70 for a call out plus parts.
Have a Finlux c13 dishwasher for 6 months. No problems gets dishes clean. Paid for extended warranty so no worries. My parents in law have had the same machine for nearly 2 years and have had no problems either
