Finishing an apartment in cluj Romania

I have an apartment ready to be plastered and decorated in cluj and was wondering if anybody had any contacts or ideas/experience on the issue??
 
I didn't recieve any private message... But the re-max agent who sold us the apartment says he could get someone to plaster etc and kit it out for 4k and then he reckons we should be able to rent it for 350 then which sounds good enough if true....
