It appears that Fingal County Council and Greenstar are battling it out over trying to win over recycling customers......
Personally I think that in the bid to get the best deal most people will be distracted by the fact that they now have to pay now for recycling in the first place !!!! I guess nothing thats free lasts for ever !!
Anyway any one recommend which one to go for and why?
