Fingal CC AH now want to move out

Hi there, my apologies if there is a similar thread elsewhere and I have missed it, I see some threads with advise on DCC but not Fingal CC. Basically I would love to know if any one else is in this situation or has been :

I own an Ah with Fingal CC. Now i would like to move in with my boyfriend. Any advice on what I should do.....try to rent or re - mortgage ? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Give it back to fingal and let them sell it to me - there's nothing else left on it for me :)

only joking would you be as well to rent it out on the qt - current climate you wont' get a lot for it by selling it and then you'd owe fingal their percentage in clawback too.
 
hi if only it was that easy i woulld jump at the chance ! why are things so bad at the mo with what is available in fingal ? thats awful
 
Just whats left on the list the list is over a year and half old so there's not much left to choose from.
 
Hoopsunited - what part of fingal are you looking to buy in? there is alot of houses & apartments in dublin 15
 
The only ones i've heard of are latchford - the only viewing fingal will do is during the week for latchford. With work i can't take time off to go see them, i've asked to view either early in the morning or weekends but their not very accomodating.
