Just noticed a section in the Community Voice about this development in D.15.
Fingal Co. Co is launching 74 apts and duplexes seemingly. Prices are starting at 180,000 Eur for two bedroom units, market value is approx 245,000 Eur.
I read that too, these are AHI houses so if you are interested call Fingal Coco. The 3 bed units are going for 200,000euro, they are just under 87 sq. metres

I'm from the D.15 area and wouldn't be too keen on that particular area myself.
