Hello all...

who do I contact about finding out the population in an area?

Also would need to know the population up to a certain age?

Any what are the first steps in checking to see if you need planning (for business).
 
Hi shootingstar. Try CSO.ie. They have loads of statistics and they're all free. It might take a few mins to navigate the site but its fairly comprehensive once ya get the hang of it.

I dont understand the last question on planning. Can you rephrase it a bit more clearly
 
Planning - if you want to change the type of business that was originally in the premises do you need to seek planning to do so even though your not changing the structure of the premises
 
To get a rough indication of how many are over 18, check the registered electorate.........
