Finding out selling prices in NI

Does anyone know if it is possible to find out selling prices in Northern Ireland? I've just had my late father's flat valued for probate, and the estate agents valuation is extremely low (started off at 30% of similar online properties, then she phoned back and said she had undervalued, increasing it to 50% of similar online properties). Now I know online prices do not equal selling prices by a long stretch, but this seems a bit of a huge variation! So, I'd like to check selling prices in the area if possible. Can anyone help point me in the right direction?

I'm not sure if there are websites such as propertypin, but I have had many dealings with one agency in particular over the past few years and they have been pretty straight up in their dealings. Will PM you.

Actually, just had a thought - a lot of people in NI use this site for property questions: www.moneysavingexpert.com

Post your query there and you should get some sound advice.

Thanks all - so it looks like it isn't possible to find out selling prices in NI. :(If anyone can help, or recommend me a good estate agent in Derry I'd really appreciate it.

propertynews.com is similiar to myhome.ie
You won't get actual selling prices but you can see what the asking prices are. Seems strange that the valuation is so low compared to local asking prices. Get three or four agents out to value the property.
