I'm thinking of buying in an apartment block in Phoenix Park Racecourse, Castleknock

On Property Price Register there are 32 units in the same block sold for €9,080 each on a single day in 2013

Where could I find more information about this sale?

I paid for 5 for a copy of the folio.

I want to understand the significance of this information:

"Lease dated 20-DEC-2013 from FLYNN & O'FLAHERTY (DUBLIN) to
FLYNN & O'FLAHERTY CONSTRUCTION" (for €9,080 according to Property Price Register)

I'm particularly interested in the ownership of one particular apartment.

The title to this Lease is registered on Folio DN173127L"

I'm guessing I can pay 5 for a copy of that too?

Got it, turns out that IRES REIT bought the neighbouring apartment earlier this year.

Regarding the first transaction it's likely a sale from the construction entity of one group to the property management entity of the same group. Very common.
