Financing investment property in Montengro

Hi all,
Seeking 525,000Euros to purchase an investment property(Hotel) in Montenegro. Will provide 10% personal capital -require 90% loan to value. Are there specialist lenders in Ireland who can facilate this? Suggestions please.
 
I don't think anyone will help you here in Ireland.

You may get a UK company, but Montenegro is still very much an emerging market.

Austrian or German banks (that already lend on Croatian property) are your best bet.
