Hi, can anyone advise me on the best plan of action and pitfalls of trying to purchase land with OPP and build my first home on it.Do lenders still give bridging loans until construction is complete or do you just aquire a mortgage and start?What are the hiden cost's i should be aware of?ie stamp duty etc.Its a 9.5 acre property with restrictions on the type of dwelling to be built but i am satisfied that these restrictions are not going to effect what i would like to build.How keen are lenders to enter into this sort of agreement?
