Financial Provider has issued false statements against us

On reading through yesterday's post, a Financial Provider wrote to a third party and stated 'as their Policy has been assigned against borrowings, any distributions made will be subject to the approval of their lenders'

This is completely false in any regard. The Policy concerned has never been used for lending or otherwise.

Any ideas as to how to get this removed from the Public Domain ??

I am a bit confused. How is it in the Public Domain?

It sounds as if an error has been made. You should write to the bank who made the error and copy it to the other bank involved.

No bank involved whatsoever. It's an Assurance company actually.
