financial misselling

Presumably this means people who have had an admission of liability for misselling from a financial institution, have had an [broken link removed] ruling in their favour or who have won a legal action? As opposed to those who just believe that they were missold something?

All of the above, we are interested in talking to those who believe that they have been missold to but who have not yet taken their case to any regulator as well as those whose case has been adjudicated on.

Would you consider doing something similar in relation to Solicitors - carrying out such a report about Financial Services seems a bit played out at this stage?
