Hello, I am journalist working on a piece on misselling of any kind of financial or investment product. If you have been missold to, or are aware of someone who has been, and want the case to be highlighted could you please contact me on 01 208 2311 or murphyp@rte.ie.

Presumably this means people who have had an admission of liability for misselling from a financial institution, have had an [broken link removed] ruling in their favour or who have won a legal action? As opposed to those who just believe that they were missold something?
 
All of the above, we are interested in talking to those who believe that they have been missold to but who have not yet taken their case to any regulator as well as those whose case has been adjudicated on.
 
Would you consider doing something similar in relation to Solicitors - carrying out such a report about Financial Services seems a bit played out at this stage?
