Financial help - Illnes Benefit Appeal

After 6 months of unsuccessful rehabilitation I had lumbar spine surgery at the end of July.
My Illness Benefit was stopped at the end of August. I appealed this decision and waiting for any outcome.
And there is a question. While waiting for appeal officer decision where to go for financial help. I do not have any other income and I am not able to work yet after surgery.
Should I go to my local Social Welfare Office, health office or any other institution who can support me financially??

Community welfare officer in your local health office. Bring all the details of your outgoings and correspondance regarding your SW claim.
