I'm wondering who is the best placed to give financial advice, a good accountant or a financial advisor?
I've lived in my house since 2004 but may look to rent it out next year as I am looking into an opportunity to work abroad. Ideally I would like to keep the house and then look to sell it within 2 years of leaving Ireland. This is purely for the reason of keeping my foot on the property ladder as I get settled abroad. But I haven't a clue of tax implication if I sell after living in it for 4 years and then renting it out for 2 years. So basically wondering who you think I should go to, an accountant or financial advisor? Thanks in advance.
