Financial advice on buying UK property

Hi,

Can anyone recommend an independent financial advisor who can offer advice on how best to finance the purchase of a buy to let property in the UK?

We are considering a sterling mortgage from a Northern Ireland Bank - which one would be best and is this the best way to go about it?

Hi Downer,

I'm in the process of finalising a UK mortgage. Most of the brokers that I approached in the UK could only get me a 75% mortgage as I'm not a UK resident. I was able to find one who was able to get me 80%.
