finance 20k loan for building

Just after speaking with my bank on a 20k loan on a building just complete. They are offering a rate of 6.24% over 3/4 or 5 years (variable). Just checking if this rate sounds like value - doing a little check this evening on other banks
 
Thanks - had a look at others & agree rate is good - its with BOI
