"Fillers" for Ikea Billy Cabinets for alcove.

Thinking of putting in Billy shelving and doors in living room. The alcoves each side of the chimney are 112cm and 117cm, so there'd be quite a gap between the side of the cabinets and the walls, whatever combination we use. The height isn't an issue because of extension pieces and lighting available. I can't find out if filler pieces are available from Ikea. Was thinking of buying an extra cabinet to make fillers out this. Anyone done this, or have any other suggestions?

I'm not sure about fillers for Billy but could you use the fillers they supply for kitchens?

That's plan B. On my way to B&Q etc. to find matching colour.
I just hoped i'd get it all in IKEA to be sure of a match.

Woodworkers do veneerd ply/mdf in a number of finishes. You should get one that's a good match.

Sorry, I wasn't very clear! I meant the Ikea kitchen fillers- the boards they use at the ends.

Thanks Thundercat. I understand you. I'll keep trying. It's a bit tricky matching his stuff colourwise online. It'll be a trip to Belfast or Mr&Mrs Deadwood.
