Hi guys, my sister is having a problem with her 99 punto. Sometimes when she's driving and switches on her indicator nothing happens. She tries it again a few minutes later and it works fine. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? We wouldn't know much about cars in my house!

I think an indicator is supposed to be intermittent? On, off, on, off,on, off...
Must be a Fiat thing. My daughter's 97 punto had the same problem. You never knew whether the indicators would work or not. Sometimes, they worked fine after a few minutes, other times they didn't work for hours. And the hazard lights always worked - even when the indicators didn't. Our local garage could find nothing wrong. We traded up to a 01 last month. Fingers crossed......
