Fiat Punto 2011 losing power

Just bought a fiat punto 2011 a month ago, on 4 occasions while driving it lost all power and the "injection System Failure" light came on, once i stopped the car and started it again it was fine. garage changed leads but still happened. car going back to garage tomorrow would appreciate someones views on this have i got a major problem on my hands should i ask garage to take car back

Looks like trouble;
Normally garages will try to ensure you keep the car.Probably something that is well fixable. They may say they will re-fix it, but they have had one chance already.
Ensure you have logged everything.

If it gives trouble again , insist on refund .
Will probably mean threatening court etc!
