fernwood glyntown glanmire

Would appreciate any opinions people have on this area, thinking of buying here, any opinions on what kind of place it would be to live , and also what rental or selling on potential it would have in 2/3 years.

Glyntown is a nice part of Glanmire. Much more built up now than it was ~5 years ago, and they're still building as far as I know. Rental potential should be good as Glanmire is close to the city. (The Castle pub is a bit dodgy at the end of the hill though...always fights there..seems to pick up the riff-raff of the city)

Does anyone know what price the Detached houses in Fernwood are selling for and what size they are ( sq ft? )
