Felt membrane or asphalt cover for roof

1 We need to get a flat concrete roof resurfaced. Any recommendations for reputable people in north Dublin? I can’t seem to post a photo from a phone

2 Also would you apply felt membrane or asphalt coating to a concrete flat roof on a side garage/utility?

3 Any idea of cost?

Throw up a photo of it and when you say €1600, what was that for?

Just got a similar job done for my mother in felt 2 layers of felt at 70euro per m2.so not picking a random price in there head.if you know the size that would give you a rough guide.hope this helps
