Hello,

Have one of these bottles in my press now for a couple of years. How long can I keep it for before it starts to go off?

It depends on how warm the room is. Most people keep wine in their kitchen, the worst room in the house for it. Anyway, I'd drink it now as it's well mature enough even if you kept it in a basement.

Temperature change is the primary enemy of stored wine, ideal storage conditions are 13°C, no light (UV causes problems), no vibrations, and a reasonable level of humidity in order to keep the cork in good condition. I read recently that wine stored at 23°C will age at up to 8 times the rate it would at 13°C. Faustino isn't that fine a wine that it will improve significantly, enjoy it now!
