faulty watch

Hi all

I bought a watch in July and a bit of the face has fallen off and is moving around the watch and is stopping the watch working, i paid 320 euro for it and i still have the receipt, the shop has stopped selling watches now, what am i entitled to

Has the retailer offered to fix the watch or replace it?

i have to go and see the owner in two days as the other staff members couldnt help me, One of them did say that i might have to send it back myself to the makers but i know this is not true as i bought it off them

Agreed. AFAIK the retailer is responsible for returning the watch under the guarantee. Seems odd tho that such a relatively expensive watch would break so soon after purchase. Let us know how you get on.
