Faulty product - how to get money back?

Outlined position in email. Company asked me to return product. Did this by registered post and covering letter. No response. Sent second letter enclosing copy of first and reminding them of Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act provisions. Asked for response within ten days. Still nothing.

What now? Value of goods is about €180. Is there a small claims process? Company is in Dublin, we're in Kilkenny.

Are you dealing with the shop where you purchased the goods or is this the manufacturer you e-mailed etc.
 
Did you pay via credit card ?

if the shop have the product and have disappeared you should be able to do a chargeback...
