I bought a new PC on Sunday from a big store. There is an issue with the wireless adaptor on the PC and I have contacted the store regarding it. They tell me this is a "known issue" and have said to me to return the PC for an exchange.
The problem is they have no replacement PC and can offer me a similar machine but it has no wireless adaptor.
Should I demand that they give me a machine with a wireless adaptor or just get my money back and go elsewhere
What are my rights with faulty goods.
