Hi, i have had recent problems with a built in oven,
which after several call outs over a period of four months the company has agreed to refund or replace the oven. This is all good and well only that the cubard door on the left hand side of the oven and the drawer on the right are damaged and need to be replaced. the company says there isnt enough clearance between the oven and the kitchen therefore its not their problem.Thing is the damage to the right of the oven only happened after their repairman fixed the seal on the oven.... would be gratefull for any advice!
ive fitted 1000's of kitchens. all ovens are standard sizes and as such, only fit into standard size housing units. the damage to your door and drawer WAS caused by a faulty seal on the oven door, they are trying to fob you off, as your doors may be either expensive or hard to replace. i doubt however that they will replace them for you.
Thanks donee,
I know its a long shot,i have the shop working on it for me, they have actualy been very good.Hopefully they might get something if i cause enough fuss!
I just needed a neutral opinion on things and how to deal with the supplier
Thanks again
