Faulty Golf trolley in for repair - Shop gone bust

Last Christmas I bought a battery powered golf trolley for my father and it worked well for a good while but in the last month or two it started to lose power after 14 holes or so meaning it had to be dragged around.
I returned it to the golf shop where it was bought for checking/repair as it came with a 1 year guarantee.
That was 3 weeks ago and when I tried contacting them last week to arrange collection and to find out had they fixed it there was no response. I eventually managed to find out that the company (which had sereral golf shop outlets) has gone bust.
Where does this leave me in terms of getting the trolley back? It was €300 and I would like to get it back fixed or not. A google search revealed that a liquidator has been appointed.

Any advice appreciated.

If it's the place I'm thinking of, I read that the liquidator will be selling off all stock in the next few weeks, so I would try contacting him asap for advice.
