Ever since IMF et al left our shores, the issue re default keeps appearing in one form or another on AAM and it is slowly beginning to irk me. I understand it is an important topic, however, I feel it has been discussed to death and still no one can adequately explain what the consequences will be, if and when such an event were to occur. The same old questions comes up time and time again, 'will my money be safe in this bank or that bank', now every time I see another such post on the topic I go Aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Should there be an outright ban on the whole issue of default until such time someone can write a balanced discussion on the subject?
