I bought a prepay Nokia mobile phone on Xmas eve for the sum of 199e. Over the Xmas I noticed that the battery kept going down and needed to be charged around three times a day, plus the phone would go dead when on calls. I took the phone, with receipt and full packaging back to the Vodafone shop today (3/1/08) to inform them of the problem and expected them to replace it. However the sales assistant informed me that he needed to hang onto the phone in the shop to confirm a fault did exist (??!). Am I entitled to a refund/replacement???
