Has anyone been? Thinking about travelling wth the Boys in Green next year. It seems you can fly from Aberdeen. Do they share the Scandanavian policy of charging a tenner for a beer?
I caught part of a programme on Channel 4 a few days ago where some guy sailed to the Faroe Islands. Mad, or what? Anyway, what he found was a capital city (can't remember the name) that was surprisingly modern, trendy and quite European. Much of the industry revolves around fishing in some way or other. I didn't see the whole programme though so can't expand further.
