farmer looking for mortgage?...

im 27 and a full-time farmer, my father has given me 50,000 to help me buy a house, i am on farm assist so i pay prsi on this,
i am currently looking at a house for sale and would need a small loan to go towards what my father has given me, im just wondering would the banks consider me for a loan as im on farm assist,iv gone to the credit union but the intrest rates are far too high,

Sorry but I doubt if any bank will give you a loan based on the Farm Assist payment. Is there anyone else who could join you on the application?
