Family room in Dublin City Centre..Help!

Hi all an trying to book a family room in Dublin City Centre for 2a an 3ch but they seem impossible to find.
Would anybody have any reccomendations for a reasonable priced hotel for tomorrow nite 28th Oct. Thanks all.
 
PREMIER Inn - near Dublin Airport has family rooms, i know its not in city centre, but only 15 mins away down the m1
 
I stayed in the [broken link removed] recently (2 adults & 2 children) for €49 (Winter Warmer sale) link below...while not in city centre your can get Luas in...hotel does transfers too..They have the €49 rooms available tmru night...

Not city centre but I got a family room in the Clarion Liffey Valley a few years ago. It was perfect.
 
Stayed here earlier this year. Right in the heart of things.Decent 2 bed Apt, Staff helpful and underground parking
 
sister stays in Bewleys Newlands Cross all the time..family room for about €80. Luas across the road
