Family holiday plans

Hi,

I am planning the first family holiday with 3 kids (8,6,2) at Easter but I am unsure how to go about it? Would people recommend booking flights & hotel individually or going through Budget Travel or similar?

Any recommendations for location etc. Thinking about Menorca or Italy or Malta. Somewhere nice and easy.

I've been looking at this too. Finally decided to drive to vendee in france in the summmer. I think the ferry will be an adventure in itself for the kids and they will have loads of fun at a campsite.

I decided against the easter holiday because we would need a 2 bed room apartment and they were all well gone. Tour operators had only one apt left anywhere.
